Who runs this site

This site is run by Ivan Vladić, author of the novel “Seeker's Memories: Children of the Sfergals”. For any questions about how your data is handled, write to ivanvladic991@gmail.com.

Signing up for book updates

If you sign up for updates, I collect your email address and, optionally, your name. I use these solely to tell you when the book is released and to share the most important news about the series.

Signup uses double opt-in: after you submit the form you receive an email with a confirmation link. Until you click it you are not subscribed and receive nothing.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every message, or by writing to the address above. Your data is removed from the list once you unsubscribe.

Contact form

From the contact form I collect your name, email address, optionally a subject and category, and the content of your message. I use these solely to reply to you.

Sending a message does not subscribe you to the mailing list. These are two separate things and updates require a separate signup.

Who else processes the data

• Netlify — site hosting and receiving contact form messages.
• Brevo — managing the mailing list and sending email.

I do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for profiling.

How long data is kept

• Mailing list signups — until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form messages — as long as needed to answer and resolve your enquiry.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send requests to the address above.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only the display theme you chose, locally — that value never leaves your device.
